In its efforts to strengthen the police public relations, Kokernag police held a police public meeting in Police Station Kokernag, today.

The meeting was chaired by SDPO Kokernag Shri Zahid Aziz Samoon, besides SHO Kokernag Shri Tariq Yousuf attended the meet. Large number of respectable citizens of the area and Lambardars, Chowkidars, Shopkeepers, taxi operators participated in the meeting.

The participants expressed their views and ensured their cooperation in preventing and detecting various social crimes especially drug abuse, eve-teasing etc. The officers of police assured quick, fair and  impartial action to curb all types of social crimes.  They were assured  all possible help for redressal of their problems and issues.
